I was born in 1984 and grew up in Larissa. Since mid-2024 I have been working in Cyprus and residing in Larnaca.

I am an Army Officer, a graduate of the Hellenic NCOs Academy, class of 2004, specializing in ammunition. I have served in Units in the Greek mainland and islands, as well as abroad.

In 2013 I graduated from the Technical University of Thessaly, Department of Computer Engineering. During my studies I prepared a thesis entitled Design and Implementation of a Wireless Electric Ignition System, which I also built, in the context of expanding my knowledge in a subject related to my specialty.

At the age of 16, I started running as an athlete for Pelasgos Larissa, later for Anagennisi Lamia, the Pancyprian Gymnastics Association and, since 2022, for SAPK Neapolis.

Due to my love for long distance running, my constant concern about when, why and what one should do in order to progress in it, and on the occasion of the birth of my son, in whom I discerned an innate talent for running, in 2016 I decided to get involved in endurance training.

Since that time, I have been studying and testing how various techniques, methods and training models work on me. Judging and receiving feedback from the results, I come to safe conclusions regarding the correctness of the techniques, methods and models I apply. My initial goal was, if and when my son wants to systematically engage in running, to be able to make him perform at his best.

In 2023, I felt the need to share the knowledge I have acquired and continue to acquire through reading, my judgment from experiences and the results of the applied methods I use, which relate to long-distance running training. For this reason, I decided to create this website.

My arrival in Cyprus was a happy occasion for me, since I was given the opportunity to collaborate for the second time with Dr George Locaides, an excellent person who has more to gain than just on an athletic level.
