The Authentic Marathon is the largest event in our country, a celebration and a unique experience. However, it is a special race due to the altitude gradients for a road race and this year in particular it was even more so, since the weather conditions were not good.
The athletes were forced to run in quite a bit of heat and humidity, preventing them from getting the best possible result.
They all deserve many congratulations for standing strong at the start and managing to finish! An effort that took months and culminated last Sunday.
